I am an out-of-network provider and do not work directly with any insurance companies. However, many insurance plans will provide client reimbursement for my services.

In order to know more about the details of your coverage, I encourage you to call and ask your insurance company the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?

• Once I hit my out-of-network deductible, what percentage will my insurance cover?

• What is the reimbursement rate for a 45-minute individual psychotherapy session (code 90834) or couples therapy session (code 90847)?

• Do I have out-of-network benefits?

• How do I submit a request for reimbursement?
